Terms of services

If you are not comfortable with my T.O.S and/or are not going to agree with them, I suggest you look for another artist. By hiring me, you agree to the following terms:

PAYMENT AND REFUNDS

  • Payment must be made only through PayPal.

  • Payment is required to secure a spot on the list. Work will not start until full payment has been received. There are no refunds of payments made.

  • All prices are in EUR, Upfront payment.

USE AND COPYRIGHT

  • The commissions are only for personal use (Twitch, YouTube, Discord, Website, Banners, etc.) And not to use it to sell it or for commercial use (T-shirts, stickers...) If you want to make a commercial order you must specify it in the form and the price will increase.

  • Emotes are not to be edited, resold, animated, or drawn by anyone other than me after completion.

  • Emote edits after completion will cost a fee depending on complexity.

COMMISSION PROCESS

  • I will contact you and ask for a PayPal payment screen to confirm the payment.

  • Once the invoice is paid, it will be added to the waiting list.

  • Your sketch will be drawn and sent to you for review.

  • I'll start with the final piece and incorporate your comments/adjustments.

  • I will send the results to the email you leave me
